We got home form Albuquerque just in time to get ready for Easter. The girls we're both tired but Maggie was SO excited about coloring eggs that you'd never have known.
| 2 cute bunnies :) |
| Coloring eggs requires LOTS of concentration. |
Mom put Grace in the walker thinking it would keep her away from
the table....she was wrong! Where there's a will, Grace has a way! |
| "NO, Grandpa, you can't have this egg back!" |
HAPPY EASTER!
| Grace wasn't too interested in having her picture taken. |
Maggie got rain boots and a jump rope from the Easter Bunny,
why wouldn't you try them both out at the exact same time?? |
Gracie was ready to head out again....or at least she thought the suitcase was
a great jungle gym. |
Grace is walking just fine with one hand, sometimes she doesn't even really
hold on to it very tight, but she won't let go. |
| Everybody was ready for the egg hunt! |
| Off they go..... |
hmmmmm....I wonder who put Maggie's basket on the other side
of a fence.....Ben?? |
| "Come on Alex, get that one!" |
Maggie and Alex threw buckets full of rocks into Aunt Trisha and
Uncle Jeff's fountain. At one point I caught them trying to carry a rock the
size of their heads across the driveway.... |
| Hey, why can't we play outside too?? |
| Oliver, you have no chance at getting this ball away from me! |
At 8:30, when we were ready to head home she was still outside with that
bucket of rocks.... |
It was a crazy weekend, but I'm greatful we got to spend it celebrating with both sides of our family. All the exhaustion and chaos was worth it.
