Happy Birthday Papa and a few pictures....

Saturday morning we made a quick stop in Lincoln to wish Papa a Happy 87th Birthday! The girls were extra happy about the visit because they got to spend a little time with Cooper and Ella.



The Christmas playground was finally installed last week! The girls love it but we need a little warmer (or at least less windy) weather to really enjoy it!

Sometimes waking up isn’t Gracie’s favorite thing. She gets ready for school in the dark and didn’t appreciate how bright the kitchen was on Monday :)





The chickens keep on growing. They’re ready to move into their coop, but it needs to warm up a bit for them!

Bloomfield

Last weekend the girls rode in their first horse show of the season, in Bloomfield. Maggie and Honey had a great show the ended up with 2 first places, a second, a third, a forth and a fifth. Gracie and Harley rode in 2 events and in walk/trot they came in 4th (right behind Maggie). There were 12 horses in the ring and Gracie was the youngest, she was SO proud! AND she got to wear her first pair of chaps, which is a pretty big deal :)

The big kids all eat lunch on their horses before they go warm up, Gracie didn’t need to warm up for the 2nd half but there was NO way she was going to get down before lunch :)

Happy 2 Day!!

Haddie had a great 2nd Birthday, despite the snow storm. She called it her “2 day” and still asks for “cake and cream” pretty much every evening :)
